Horrible management, I got sold a faulty charging cable and came back in and was refused to swap or a refund so I purchased another charger that the manager recommended and wasn?t working the minute came out of the packet. I am not happy.

It?s a good shop with good price and amazing stuff but there chargers are soooo bad I probably spend 50 pound on chargers a month because they sell faulty chargers . my sister today asked for a refund of a 3 pound charger that was a bit too small but the manager was very rude and told her that ?we can?t sell that ? so he?s basically saying he?s not giving us a refund eventhough we had a recipt . After that my sister brought those 2 in 1 chargers because there?s no others and it broke a couple hours later and they say that they can?t sell it because of how we opened it eventhough we saw one of the charger packaging was half open
