They greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly courteous throughout my entire visit. Not only were they friendly, but they also went out of their way to ensure all my questions were answered and needs were met.What impressed me the most was their efficiency and promptness. Despite a busy day at the post office, the staff managed to handle each customer with incredible speed and precision. I was in and out in no time, which made my day so much easier.Overall, my visit in Broadfield Post office was a delight, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. “I really enjoy having this precious place to go and collect my missed parcels. The collection is quick, effective and the service very polite. One should keep this face-to-face customer contacts. It helps a lot. I just adore when I get a Card saying they missed me and I can go and collect it in this Delievery office. I am not available most of the times. Leaving a parcel on the steps is a NO-NO for me. So this makes me feel secured that my parcel will not fall into wrong hands and I will get it on my on time. PERFECT. Do keep it on!”
“Handy local post office with free parking.Staff always seem fine and helpful to me.Only annoying thing is it's often busy with a queue of 2 or 3 people for the post office, so be prepared to wait for a bit.”

“Excellent service and friendly staff. The main post office section had to operate on reduced hours, as a couple of the staff were high risk during the CV-19 crisis, so it was only available for full service in the mornings. For anyone else apart from the sole operative to enter the main post office area, would require a complete sterilisation of that area. Most people were understanding of this and did not criticise.”

“This is not a place to post or drop off parcels, its a sorting centre. General public have post boxes outside the centre, while you drive in.. these post boxes are collected at timings as indicated on them. The post boxes are suitable for small and large letters and fast track Covid tests.”
“Location was wrong on Google maps, it is up by Debenhams end not Boots end of the mall.\\n\\nFairly busy on a Saturday afternoon but open later than others which is really helpful. Have self service machines that are a brilliant idea but fairly complicated and easy to get wrong and I'm pretty tech savvy! Helpful staff though. Would probably be better more staff behind counter and no self service but perhaps if I used it more often I'd be better at the self service.”
