Great staff all very friendly and helpful. Nikki is so hard working . I go there everyday and never too much trouble. Just need more staff behind the post office serving. The shop it self is well Stocked and always clean, very hard-working staff here.

I have been coming to the Poundill parade post office for over 20 years and although I?m not a regular in there every week what I can say is that every time I am there I receive the most impeccable service. In fact even if it?s not my closest office on the day that I need it, I always choose to go there over anywhere else. The reason for this is that I know that I am assured that the service sold will be delivered, I?m confident in my choice of service and I know that the staff will be efficient in what I ask for. The one lady who has been a constant in this is a wonderful lady called Nikki. Always the professional, extremely efficient in her delivery of service and continues to be welcoming and approachable. I genuinely felt the need to write this review as each time I leave that post office I feel confident that my parcel will be delivered through the correct Chanel?s. 5 star service and 5 star?s for Nikki for delivering the best from the post office.

Useful. Tho their Apple Gift cards could not be bought all the time. Their is an error with either the Apple Card, or the computer system over in the shop. It has happened before.

I've tried every post office in Crawley and this one is the best. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Nikki in the post office who always goes the extra mile for people. Like any post office it's busy, with queues but she deals with customers very fast and provides great service. They are contactable by telephone too so people should always call if they want to confirm timings, instead of winging it and giving bad reviews without checking! It's my go to place from now on ? thank you!

Absolutely amazing service from the ladies. I arrived on a busy Monday with almost 100 parcels to post, and their service was friendly, quick and professional.Exemplary customer care - I couldn?t recommend them highly enough!!!

I visit this post office once a week to deal with business post. The lady behind the counter (may be Nicky) is always very friendly and helpful and able to give me advice when I need it.

Frequently visit this store, amazing experience every time I walk in, they are always a laugh from the moment you walk in. Parul has excellent customer service, as do they all, and they're all happy to help. Never had a bad experience from when I was new to using this store to months down the line.
