Not impressed .Went in to change up a few dollars back to Sterling .\\nOnly one man serving today on Saturday 7th August .\\nHe needs a customer service course .\\nSaid I would have to wait as he was doing something which was fair enough .Several minutes and def no rush later after sauntering around he decided to serve me .\\nMade me feel like he was doing me a favour .\\nExamined all the really low value notes like I was a criminal .One note he looked at 3 times ?.\\nWhole experience was unpleasant and I shan?t go back .\\nI am not a habitual moaner and very rarely complain by the way .

Terrible service from most staff including the manager, Kim! You're often left to wait for 20-30 minutes whilst the staff have a chat. Kim is the rudest manager I have ever come across anywhere... she should be sacked! Lesley is the only staff member that is nice\\n\\nGod help if you get there 15 minutes BEFORE they close, as they still won't let you in!!

Location was wrong on Google maps, it is up by Debenhams end not Boots end of the mall.\\n\\nFairly busy on a Saturday afternoon but open later than others which is really helpful. Have self service machines that are a brilliant idea but fairly complicated and easy to get wrong and I'm pretty tech savvy! Helpful staff though. Would probably be better more staff behind counter and no self service but perhaps if I used it more often I'd be better at the self service.

Terrible service, really bad customer service, very rude employees, very unprofessional, they closed the Proper Post Office because WHS Smith wanted to make business, but they do not care about customers. I am using Parcel 2 Go now it is the same price but much better service. Royal mail only for letters you can drop in the post box.

Opening hour is a joke. Here says 17:30, parcel force says it 18:00. post office website says 18:00.Is it possible to have the right opening hour shared within the Mailing system? How hard can it be?

Unhelpful member of staff assisting in the self service tills, in Dorking it is possible to make a return with a QR code in this area if manned, the assistant in Crawley refused, there was one person at this area and a queue of at least 30 at the desks, what a joke, I didnâ??t have time to queue and therefore was unable to use this post office.

Rubbish customer service specially the staff called Marie.... Very rude not helped at all.. my wife new born waited outside for 20 minutes outside the post office as wanted to post just two small letters.. avoid to visit that branch if possible

Absolutely rip-off. To borrow a pen you have to buy it, envelope wonâ??t seal properly then you have to buy the tape. Pay 5 times more than the products you buy from even Poundland. No service to community left, itâ??s all about Money and profits. What a Shame
