Fantastic staff, always greet you with a smile, especially the tall one, they are always spot on with any order or delivery and never give you secondhand parts, and actually give you really good prices, even if you don?t spend a fortune with them every month, fantastic customer service on quoting for materials. I can always trust them to call me back if they miss my call, they have really upped their game and the guys are a credit to the company.

Took my money, arranged a delivery, when the delivery day came (2 weeks later) turns out they'd sold all their stock in the meantime. Utterly incompetent.
