The server was very welcoming and the food was great. I had the buffet which was very nice and the manager even kept it on longer for us.

I always order my meat feasts with extra cheese but they never have any extra cheese. This has occurred so many times now I have to make a point. They never add extra cheese!!

Absoloutely horrible service, the waiter are oblivious and they have missed multiple things from our order, after delivering our drinks to the wrong table and spilling them on other customers. Then when we finished our main course we were waiting 20 minutes just for us to finally ask about dessert, then they had to ask us what we ordered and waited 20 more minutes for our dessert to be made. The bottomless icecream was liquid and disgusting. Do not reccomend and the food was barely warm.

Travelled from my work and got there just after supposed opening time 11am it's now 11.10 and someone comes out asking if they could help me looking confused to which I said I'm here to eat , he then said they were running behind and wouldn't open for another half hour , so I've travelled 3 miles for nothing ! .
All stores should be open at stated opening time so people don't waste time travelling for nothing . Also felt like I was an inconvenience and didn't get an apology or a warm welcome and both staff were staring at me as if I shouldn't have been there hence me leaving this review .
As I'm sat opposite in Macdonald's a few families who've arrived expecting them to be open have been turned away also and it's now 11.30 . Complete waste of time .

I tried to go to Crawley Pizza Hut yesterday at 1pm. I was with my 4 kids. I wanted to have the buffet for the 5 of us. Pretty simple. No. I went in and there were at least 5 tables free, albeit all 5 of them were dirty. There were clearly not enough staff in the restaurant. I was told there were no free tables and there would be a 25 mins wait. I decided to book online and come back in an hour.-
I arrived back at 2:15pm. The manager, who looked like she was having a nervous breakdown at 15 years old, took 15 mins to seat me. In the interim this poor overworked girl was bringing out pizza?s, clearing tables, taking bar orders. I was finally led to a table. This poor girl was exhausted. I had no idea how to do the buffet. In the past, they came out and brought out plates. I sat there for 15 mins waiting for some service. It never came. I went up to this bar where this other poor girl, who was also extremely young, said she would take our order. I asked if the buffet shut, and she said it did at 3pm, which gave us like 15 mins to eat. There was no pizza out at the time, so I would be paying £50 for 5 people to eat from the salad menu. Fair enough, I thought to myself. I would order off the menu a couple of pig pizza?s. It was £30 for a sharing pizza. In the time I was waiting for service, I realised I could go to Gatwick, catch a Ryanair flight to Italy, buy a much better pizza, come back, and have change.
Pizza Hut is clearly run by moronic removed management consultants who have created a hybrid service model of partial human interaction and partial self service. It is executed soo badly though that it just comes across as rubbish service if you don?t magically know what is in their head. The environment has clearly been designed by someone who thought it would be cool to have a classic 1960s dinner style, but it looked tacky and outdated even though it had been done relatively recently. The bar is soo cringe. I saw some burly guy wearing a sleeveless tank top and gold chain (it was 2 degrees outside) place an order with his gut propped on the bar. It is a really stressful and chaotic environment to be in.
Pizza Hut?s entire management team need to be sacked. They need to workout exactly what they are trying to be as a business. They need to make the service model clearer, the menu smaller, the menu needs to be reasonably priced - dominos is £20 and is better pizza, they need more staff, they need to train their staff, they need to re-brand to a more modern image.
In the end, I got soo pee?d off that I decided instead of spending £80 on drinks for 5 and two big pizzas I would go to five guys and have a really good burger and chips. I went in, ordered 5 burgers, which they cut in halves so I could share. They gave me 2 big bags of chips. The service was counter service. The girl saw I was stressed and was soo nice. I asked her if I could get a refill but let the kids have a few sips - she said no problem. The whole thing was £50, so if I want, I can still take my trip to Italy.
Pizza Hut is a doomed business. Absolutely terrible. I am never going again. It?s sad, as I have great memories of going to Pizza Hut as a child with my grandparents, and I wanted to give my kids that little experience. Now they are going to hate Pizza Hut?..like I do.

Had food here with the family the other day. Food was good and the buffet was well stocked, staff were friendly. overall an all round a nice experience. Will be back again. many thanks

Terrible service. Really poorly managed. Staff were mainly disinterested a level students. Had to chase drinks food etc. If you?re desperate come here but otherwise avoid.
