Very bad customer services, a lady staff is very ill manner talk very rudely it?s not welcome service it?s like she is ruler of territory. And also food quality is very low they don?t cut the pizza properly.

First time at the restaurant with my family for lunch and I had a great experience, Jennifer was very welcoming and brought an amazing happy and positive vibe, she really knows about good customer service, she deserves an excellent credit. I will come back for sure. Our pizza was delicious ?. We'll done Jennifer and pizza man.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Express in Crawley. The customer service was absolutely awful. I had to wait an entire hour for my food, which was tasteless, but maybe just for me... To make matters worse, I had asked the waitress for a share plate, but never received it. I felt completely ignored and treated poorly. This experience left me angry and frustrated. I expected much better from a restaurant like this, and I won?t be coming back anytime soon. Or maybe never more. If someone cant handle the pressure in restaurants liked this needs to look for another position!

The food and service overall were very good.
However, there is considerable water damage all over the ceiling of the restaurant. This means mould growth which poses health risks. This should be remediated. It is not acceptable to simply leave it. For this reason, I must give a low review. Again, staff and food were good.

we are a big regular here, and the food is always amazing! the manager is very kind and the restraunt is very clean! i defo reccomend the app though as i have saved £600 on food!

The staff at Crawley this evening were awful, we werent allowed to split the bill, not allowed to use tescos vouchers and use the ?festive menu? not allowed to sit our 2 families together and after 10 minutes of trying to work it out we were leaving but also told to get out. We were told that we were swearing and abusing the staff which was not the case at all until after this and i did swear!. Went to Zizi and did all the above (minus the swearing) with no problems at all. Miserable people in there shouldnt work xmas eve if they didnt want to.

Pizza express chef seems to be they are the company Ceo and their behaviour like they are just doing their job.No passion with food making and Their delivery service is not good.Always provide cold food. 0% service with 100% attitude ! Disgrace

Pizza express boulvard is a worst place. When they are busy they forget to how deliver the order on time.Deliveroo drivers are waiting for a long time even though 30 minutes are waiting and it impact on deliveroo drivers Id and customer review badly.Rather they should improve it or they can leave the deliveroo business.All drivers are too bored with them
