Went to this hairdressers for the 1st time. Appointment at 1oc & was seen on time by a friendly lady called Audrey. Very welcoming & lovely. Didn't know what the cut was going to be like, but was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

This used to be owed by my nan in the 60's to 80's. The salon was named after my auntie Pauline who used to work there in the 60's and was joint owner then until she would out to her joint owner my nan. Lovely to see it still there and with the same name.

Staff seemed lovely but 6 days after pedicure the varnish was fading severely and chipping drastically. Sent a picture to staff who believe this is normal for normal varnish in closed shoes. I never have naked toes and only use varnish instead of shellac or gel. I usually have to struggle with remover at end of a months usage.I use varnish on finger nails and even that lasts around 3 weeks!They said I could go back for a recolour but as explained at booking it was for holiday and last available time before flying. Part refund was denied and at £32 it was the most expensive pedi i have ever had and especially one that doesn't last until even the plane takes off on hols! Won't be going back and dont recommend. Overpriced and after care poor.Rang to speak to manager this morning at 0925 and phone just rang and rang.
