Worst papa johns ever, every single staff member can barely speak any english! Im all for equal opportunities, but i would not apply for a job in a country which involves talking to people on the phone it i barely speak the language and on top of that have a terrible attitude.
The food was wrong, label on pizza box was correct but pizza inside was completely wrong. Whoever owns this franchise clearly doesnt care at all. What has this country come to when you cant even order a pizza!

Order was wrong drink was missing. Asked for a refund for missing drink they said I can have it next time. I said no I want a refund she said yeah manager said he will do and put the phone down on my aggressively. Customer service is awful, driver also got super lost called me numerous times even tho I wrote clear instructions

The person putting the pizzas in the box touched and pulled my pizza in half and put it in another box with his bare hands? ( he must be new as it?s not the usual guy! )

Delivery was an hour late and outsourced to uber, when I called the store they made assurances about a voucher or refund and then have not answered the phone.

I went to collect my order and I arrived at the shop. I was only customer in shop. The staff member was in front of me and saw and ignored me. Did not even acknowledge me being there. She kept doing what she was doing talking to her staff having a laugh.....for 5 minutes.... until her colleague then acknowledged me and said are you collecting.i said yes. She came over but again not in any hurry talking to her colleague. Eventually came over and gave me the pizza.no apologies. No please or thank you.Disgusting behavior.

Service is really bad staff kept hanging the phone up when i called ordered x1 pizza at 9 and 12.00 still nothing absolute joke wouldnt recommend if you want a pizza same day

They do not even deserve a star! Our delivery arrived late, and the seal was open. The delivery was refused for obvious reasons, and when we requested a refund, we were told that we cannot refuse delivery. Furthermore, we were threatened with comments like, ?we have your name and address, and we know where you live?? so much for GDPR and data protection! Not to mention the appalling customer service!

My order went missing after over an hour I called to check was told an Uber driver had picked up the delivery I didn't order via Uber I placed the order on the website I was told it will be sent out again ! Forward 20 minutes a man arrived at my door asking me lots of questions about said pizza like I was not telling the truth about said missing pizza told me they had called me a few times which they didn?t I had my phone right by me the whole time! He then rudely asked me to call the store when they answered the phone the man at my door said that is the manager speak I couldn?t believe this service some Random man at my door being so rude then said manager on the phone also rude! Pizza finally arrived I like papa johns but I?m afraid after this service I won?t order again! No delivery company should send a random man knocking on doors in the dark to ask questions over a £15 pizza!!!

Requested all the meats. Firstly I think it had no tomato base. Plus all the meats. Think it had virtually no meat.
