Had an amazing experience today in Pandora, the service I received from Paige was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. It was my first ever time buying from Pandora and she was so friendly and helped me choose exactly what I wanted. Paige is a credit to the store. She is amazing. Thank you Paige.

The service I received today was exceptional! I got one of your personalised (by hand) necklace charms and was served by Craig. In this day and age it?s not often you get to deal with such a pleasant and kind person, especially in Sales as typically you feel rushed to get on with your purchase. Craig told me to take my time and was very patient with my little girl I brought in. In my opinion he is an absolute asset to the Pandora family!! Thank you again

Had a really lovely experience today in Crawley Pandora. Two of my bracelets had broken and I took them in to see if they were able to send away to be fixed. The extremely kind and friendly lady who I met immediately fixed one and replaced the charm on the other. I walked away with no cost and felt so happy and overwhelmed by the kindness she showed ??? I?m so happy to have my bracelets back on thank you

Lack of staff, had to wait ages, then to be told they wouldn't extend my exchange date. They didn't have the size in the item I wanted exchanging, and I was told I would have to change it for something else. I wanted what I had, nothing else !!??

Very rude staff will never visit again. I?m not familiar with this shop and how the system works I asked the woman for some help and she said the queue is over there and turned and walked away with no more interaction at all.
