The manager is a jobsworth with poor knowledge and people skills. Very unprofessional attitude. He doesn't explain situations well and lies about rules etc. Also refused to pay out winning bets. Paddy power customer service has always been poor but that guy takes top prize.

Been using this shop for the last 2 years. All staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The shop and toilet is always clean and tidy. Lots of pens and slips always available. As a customer, what more do u want??

Found staff rude.The sign says ask staff for more details about the offer,but when you do they nearly BITE YOUR HEAD OFF!Please find staff with some patience.
