“What a good bookies this is. Put my bets off went next door for a couple of pints. One of my horses came in. Went back through to collect the fella behind the counter recognised me the minute i opened the door. He congratulated me on my win made some small talk and handed over my cash with a big smile and a well done. Not very often you get that kind of service in a bookies.”
