Really good service, I went in with my mum and nan, to get my nan a new phone. unfortunately I didn?t catch the name of the lad who helped us out, he was very polite and helpful which made the experience so easy. I was unable to thank him before we walked out but I did appreciate it

I recently bought two phones from O2 for my kids, and I couldn?t be happier with the service. The staff were helpful and patient, guiding me through the best options for young users. The deals were great, and the setup process was quick and easy. My kids are thrilled with their new phones, and I feel confident knowing they?re on a reliable network. Highly recommend O2 for families!

I walked into the store, Carl had a warm smile and welcome, considering it was in the minus in temp outside, it was a nice welcome! I made my request and within minutes Joseph was a great help and they both managed to complete my request. Great store which I would recommend to anyone in the area. Ask for Carl or Joseph ???

Brilliant customer service. I needed an Esim fitted to my android phone an a hurry and the gentleman who served me Hamza couldnt have been more helpful. I will go back in again soon when I upgrade to the iphone 16

I popped into my local Crawley Martletts store to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by friendly staff members Zee and Ben they were very professional and I was very happy with service I received i would have no hesitation in recommending O2 to any one who may be interested in getting a great alround service.

I'd rather guide my dad into my mum than ever deal with O2 again, rude and unhelpful. Cancelled all my O2 contracts as a result of my experience in the Crawley store and lack of help from the call centre.
