I went into the o2 store today, and I?m not sure what her name was but she was really nice and helpful, she transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone, she explained everything to me in detail and she was very kind from the moment I walked in there. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service. Jay and Fyn are very knowledgeable and successfully upgraded my phone after it was water damaged. Nice personal touch from the whole team and they were very understanding and helped me to retrieve and back up my data. I also have forgotten the name of another team member his name began with "O" who was very helpful with selecting the correct charger. Well done guys !

5* review not for 02 itself but for ORREN in the Crawley branch. I needed a replacement sim and after being served by a unhelpful member of staff (blonde, mature,short) resulting in having to come back in 2 hours as was locked out of my account - I was served by ORREN who not only was professional and friendly he made the process quick simple and easy and my gosh what a difference in service between the two ! Orren is a credit to your company

Issue after issue with o2?. The staff take everything like it?s a joke, signal problems and the response from o2 staff is ? oh yea we know is cr@& maybe call o2 see if you can get out of your contract..? switch up problem? pre order a phone to find out 2 days later it?s cancelled? no call from o2 nothing.. try and call the store and no one answers after 10 attempts.. walk into the store and ask why I can?t get through.. ? oh yea our phones haven?t really worked for a while ? and your a phone provider, what a complete joke. The pre order when I got around to that part the manager I am guessing who looked like it was a social club piped up and said oh yea it?s happened to 3 people soo far? so they know but do not bother to contact their existing customers. I was told I can wait till one comes into stock and they will hold it for me.. asking how long that would be and he said I don?t know. It?s a complete farce! I would not suggest o2 to any of my friends or family, it is the worst network I have ever been with.. and the customer service is a complete joke!

I can?t speak highly enough of the service we got from DJ at this 02 branch yesterday. He walked my wife through every step to set her up with a new simcard and nothing was too much trouble for him. Also, the rest of the staff are clearly in the ball and extremely efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about their profession.

I cannot explain how thankful I am for the staff here! My phone got stolen and I needed to block my SIM card and set up a new one I was so stressed and they calmed me down and helped me. Thank you so much you guys are amazing!!

Great customer service. I will now only go into the O2 Crawley store. The manager, Jay and Finn are very helpful and knowledgeable, the lady who helped me yesterday was good knowledge of the Google pixel and gave me very useful advice. They were brilliant with getting me and my mum the best contracts that suited our needs. I have had issues with my new phone and they went to great lengths to try and sort the problem out which was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you Crawley O2

If I could give minus stars, I would. I've been an O2 customer since I worked in this very store from years ago. The service we received today was diabolical. We were advised to go into store by O2 customer service, to get a free replacement SIM and they'll activate it in store but due to their system upgrade, they couldn't help. Three members of staff on the shop floor, one a manager who was serving a customer and One "serving" us. When she asked Jay for help, he responded with his back turned to us and then proceeded to give us attitude. Neither offered to call customer service but advised the nearest O2 store to help us was up north. I used to work in O2 in both the Crawley and East grinstead stores many years ago and this was never the service me or my colleagues offered. Jay was incredibly unprofessional and even his female colleague looked shocked with his appalling manner. I won't be visiting again and I'll be moving networks too.

Been trying to move from EE to O2 and been a very difficult process however we went into the store and a very kind man saw how stressed we were when we walked in and asked us if we were okay and helped us solve this situation I will be going back in there and talking to Peter in the future I couldn?t fault him at all
