Out with my besties yesterday
in Crawley. Went back into New look before driving home as I'd seen something I really liked, and it was still there ( only one left). The young lady at the till was great she really made my day . On opening my handbag, I found my water bottle had leaked . Anyway, Sammy,
was so patient, helped me by giving me some paper towels and a small bag to put my phone in. Her customer service was outstanding, and she over and above to help. Thank you so much, Sammy. You deserve
recognition from your company. I'll be back next time I'm in Crawley. Xx ?

We visited the store today. It had a great selection and was well laid out. Sophie and Jordan were super helpful and very professional when we wanted to exchange some Christmas presents.

Went to the Crawley branch today, good range of clothes, tried on a pair of trousers, no staff looking after the fitting rooms so walked straight in, there was what I think to be chewing gum stuck to the wall of the cubical. Went to pay, the staff member at the tills was serving someone, they went off to find her order, leaving my standing there waiting for an unnecessary amount of time considering there was a member of staff right by the tills and another watching from the other side. No communication, no ?I?ll be one moment? or ?I?ve just got to collect an order I?ll call someone to serve you?. I eventually asked the person stood by the tills if they could serve me and she did. I?ve worked in retail for 10 years, all it takes is a little chat or 30 seconds to serve 1 person.

Always liked going into New Look but recent visit reminded me of going into a warehouse. Being unable to use stairs i always use lift. But when wanting to go back down the lift was full of boxes and hangers. There wasnt one member of staff about. I had to push boxes to make just enough room to get back.downstairs. Needless to say i dont think i will be going there again

Friendly helpful staff, have now bought from new look twice with all the tags being left on meaning I?ve got to go back to town and pay for parking to get the tags off

I regularly go into New Look in my town centre some of the clothing they have online they don't have in my town centre store they got Quiz clothing which is very fashionable and stylish.

Loads of staff on the shop floor but only one serving on the tills leading to ridiculous queues. Very poor customer service
