Very busy slow service

One of the nicest Nandos I've been to. Think the manager seated and took our order (blonde woman). Food was super quick and hot. The only negative which was dealt with by the same manager was a young Asian lad who came out of the toilet stall, splashed his finger tips for 1 whole second and walked out. I followed so to see if he was working there and he was a server. Can't believe people think it's acceptable to not wash their hands in this day and age. This guy has poor hygiene skills and wasn't brought up correctly. I said to the manager what I'd witnessed and he is not to go near my food or anywhere near my table.

The room is really cold, we asked if they could turn off the air conditioning but nothing, the food got cold on a shelf, the wings we ordered well cooked came out burnt black, very bad service, I won't be back

I went to book a table today where the restaurant was full. I had my 2 year old son and wife with me. The weather was really bad and cold outside.The waitress told us it would take around 20
Minutes. I asked her whether I could wait at the waiting area as I had little one who was at risk of cold if I waited outside. The waitress clearly told us that we could not wait and told us not to wait anywhere inside. We were shocked and decided not to come to this branch ever where there was no respect for the customers

Had to do last minute Christmas shopping, the family was going to meet me at Nandos for a late dinner. Liam helped me set up and went above and beyond to be accommodating! Liam is an asset, I was so impressed with the way he treated us! Merry Christmas and please double whatever he is paid.
