One of the nicest Nandos I've been to. Think the manager seated and took our order (blonde woman). Food was super quick and hot. The only negative which was dealt with by the same manager was a young Asian lad who came out of the toilet stall, splashed his finger tips for 1 whole second and walked out. The room is really cold, we asked if they could turn off the air conditioning but nothing, the food got cold on a shelf, the wings we ordered well cooked came out burnt black, very bad service, I won't be back
