Worst experience I?ve ever had or been into a shot where Was browsing for a Suit for one next Christmas and and then told there?s no point looking until next year even though I may have found the perfect one this year Felt like they were more interested in finishing that conversation then selling me a suit or guiding me through what?s the difference is were and what I was actually looking for if you are shopping for a suit and you want actual help, don?t go here

Don?t have a great experience at all. We went into the store and on arrival they were great and ready to accept our business (Sunday). They booked us an appointment for 3 suites. We paid the deposit for each suit (hire), and we were told to come back 3/4 weeks before the wedding to get measured.
We came back 4 weeks before the wedding (Sunday), when we went into the store, there was a lot of workers just chatting amongst themselves and not knowing that to do. We asked for the suit fitting and gave them our name. Rolled their eyes and had to wait a further 10 mins to be told that we had to make an appointment. Again, this was not arranged for us on the original appointment.
A week later we come back and asked for the suit fitting we booked.
They came back with a suit which was someone else?s and asked my partner to try it on, I had explained that the suits have not even been fitted yet. No apologies but made us wait another 20 mins for someone to become available as the other members of the team were not able to fit. Once the suits had been fitted we got the package together, we were then told that they messed up our money and paid off a suit (not a massive issue) but we would not of been able to get the extra money off the suit if the suit wasn?t able to be collected or wasn?t great. So more money was taken.
On the day the boys were trying on their suits, they were very attentive and same again when needing to take more money off us.
I don?t think we would come back,

Amazing service. I went to rent a suit for a wedding and the customer service made it extremely easy. Has to be one of the best customer experience I've had. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I used moss bros hire and the service was exceptional in this store. I found all the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use the service again or recommend this store.

We visited the Crawley shopping mall moss bros store on Tuesday afternoon and felt like we were interrupting the staff when we tried to enquire about sizing of suits. One member of staff literally said to the other to ignore customers as he had a meeting!? Really!? Especially in ear shot of customers!? We swiftly left the store and had a fantastic experience in the suit shop a few doors down where the customer service was 10/10.

This is the worst shop imaginable. They are crooks. My friend bought a suit here which did not fit and brought it back with original packaging and receipts and the refused to take it back. This is against the law. Do not ever come into this shop.

Avoid BIG TIME. Hired a suit, return date was on a bank holiday. I assumed I could return it the next day, but they slapped on a £20 late fee. When I politely explained, the staff member was VERY, VERY rude and threatened a £900 charge if I didn?t pay, absolutely shocking behaviour. Terrible customer service. Will never hire from them again. Avoid!

Been spending thousands at moss bros and went to return items never worn and with all tags. Tall black guy refused the return saying he cant do it. They are not taking returns in the store i should post it.
The system was working perfectly as i have been to other moss stores. Wont be buying again. My journey went to waste and day got destroyed. Extremely rude.

Went Saturday to buy a shirt for my husband . A young boy was looking after us so well , until the tall men (probably someone in charge , black boy , sorry, not trying to be racist)got involved.
My husband try 2 shirts one slim one regular fit , the slim fit he needed a size up, and the tall men said that somehow my husband can't try more shirts ( again, he try 2 in different fit to understand the fit on his body). When I asked why , he said he won't be able to sell them again because of the sweat ?( felt that homeless people came in his store(that's when I work for a very well known brand, mens department)and asking me why i didn't buy if i needed from my working place(non of his business right?)After more arguments with him, my husband tried the size up and bought the shirt . Won't go in that store again, change your manager people and teach them some manners and how to look after their costumers . I don't know where he is coming from and what experience he has , but his place is not there to work with people.

Came into moss to get a suit for a friends graduation, tall man with a beard was very rude and unhelpful. Insisted on sizing me up when i already knew what my size is a my close friends works in portsmouth moss bros. Won?t be returning as he very rudely told us to we can leave as we were trying to complain about his customer service, Should really think about who?s being hired/ running the store as he seemed like a manager.
