Always well stocked & kept clean & tidy.
Considering the area it has to provide for & the diversity of the local residents. This store is a credit to Morrisons and the Staff go above & beyond to serve.

Always life savers turning up here all different hours to use the post office especially with work hours to sort thing at post office best around with the hours helpful and smiling staff with positive manner
And get some bits most shops I travel from other side of Crawley to come here often

Empty shelves yesterday, closed today are 16:40, what is wrong with this place. A Post Office shut before 5pm, lack of staff, lack of stock. Appalling.
The so called manager and area manager need to take responsibility. It is worse than when it was McCalls, and that's saying something.

I do shop round on a daily basis from here. It used to be called Mccoll but they went up in business and changed the name. The freezing cabinets have been upgraded with the floor being changed as well to new.All the produce are good for groceries Nd fresh, so they are available at you convince if and where you are for local use as well. When your a little short on Money the locals are very friendly and look out for you, so daily bread or whatever you wish to pick up from your essential daily shopping is available here.There is also toiletries and pet food cat and dog.There is also a post office located inside so you do not to make a trip to the main post office and this is very handy of this convenience area shop.The customer services are always up to scratch and you would not expect it but I rate them 5 star services.So, very well done and the products again are quality and durability from this review just waiting for things to get even better.Thank you very much a very Mich needed business that certainly in my perception needs to stick around.

I went to Mccoll?s at 2:55pm on a Sunday afternoon to use the post office which closes at 3pm. I?d had a bad experience with the post office in Crawley town centre and was feeling a little stressed out.Alisha was fantastic. She was helpful, informative and friendly. She helped me get my parcel sent with 2 minutes to go before it closed.I go into Mccoll?s often and I?ve always had positive experiences. On Sunday Alisha went above and beyond for me and it deserved recognising.

Its a mccolls not much to say about it except the poor customer service and greetings, i was met by a terribly rude sales assistant who looked like a jungle man more than a member of staff, wont be seeing me again

Got there at 5 to 10 and they locked up when it states open till 11pm on the door on Saturdays.Luckily they had everything I needed in the other shop! ( VITOS )

The staff are excellent and very friendly. Problem is that they are trying to compete with the big boys. If you want online shopping don't use a convince shop. The staff are timed fir home delivery , so the customer in the shop has to wait. Nit happy.
