Staff is rude and especially post office service is terrible. Seems some of them just come there to pass time, chatting behind the counter while customers waiting to be served in the queue. Some of them are serve you as they don?t get paid for the job rather they behave like that they are doing charity for customers. I?m really fuming, if you have any issues with your company talk to them or just fxxxxx leave the job, there are so many deserving people waiting for the job not cxxx like you.

Terrible staff, be queuing up and their will be 2 or more staff out the back talking while 1 has to man the post office AND the main till.They are friendly enough but need to be quickerObviously don't get paid enough!

Rude and abrupt service they spoke to each customer as an inconvenience, really curt and short and condescending in responses. I am pretty gobsmacked at how appalling this was.

Extremely nice staff, I usually go in there to buy Pokémon Cards and when i do buy them, 9/10 times they'd ask how good my day/morning has been, it makes me smile every time

Staff are really rude, have asked me to go to the co-OP as they wanted a cigarette break so they are happy to turn customers away. They also will be chatting to each other behind the counter even though they can see your waiting to be served and ignore the fact you are there waiting. Will only go in there if I have to due to the staff rudeness.

Staff are normally friendly but unfortunately not trained at all for the post office desk. My husband came in last week to return something small and the lady said just stick a stamp on it. Royal mail have now lost it. Came in on Saturday to post a parcel, asked for the fastest delivery the lady said first class next working day would be quickest and should be there by Monday. I asked if there was anything quicker or more guaranteed and she said no uness you pay for special guaranteed which is like £20! So I went with her suggestion, nearly £6. Parcel is now lost by royal mail, I have no tracking info so nothing I can do until it's been 10 days and the info on website says you can only claim up to £20 compensation?! My parcel has food items and a present, there's well over £60 worth inside. I realise it could be a coincidence but 2 parcels lost and both the wrong postage advised. Please train your staff or don't bother having a post office desk!!!

Since the new manager took over in late 2018, all the good staff have left and the store is really run down. Customer service is now nonexistent and the queues can be longer than next door in Co-Op! The closure of the Post Office here certainly hasnâ??t helped the store either. Such a shame to see a once great local store end up like this.
