I love this store so much, literally my favourite shop in town. I adore all of the members of staff as they are always so kind and wonderful. I go between this store and the lush in Hull quite a lot but this one is my local. Thank you so much to everybody for always being lovely and amazing!! ?

My daughter has just celebrated her 10th birthday with a pampering party at the Crawley Lush store and I can?t praise them highly enough! The booking process was very efficient and each of the packages explained to us clearly. The party itself was a HUGE hit with all 8 girls. Saskia, Tansy and the brilliant party team lead a wide range of activities with the kids and each and every one was fun, engaging and often had an educational element too. In addition to a brilliant party, the kids got amazing party bags and they even put one together for us as mum and dad too! We all had so much fun! I would highly recommend a Lush party to anyone thinking about it! I?m considering going along for one of the adult parties. Thank you to the brilliant Crawley team for an amazing afternoon! You?ve made one 10 year old super happy!

Had the pleasure of shopping here on Thursday 24th July. Outstanding service from Anna and Saskia, truly wonderful chatty ladies who really know their stuff. Grateful for the excellent recommendations.
I even got to witness one of their ?random acts of kindness?, what a beautiful gesture from the company and from the two lovely ladies ??

We visited this store Saturday 23rd of November. As we came through the door a lady with a short blonde bob in her 50s was stacking the shelves. We waited politely for around 5 minutes and she made no effort to acknowledge us or move. In the end we were forced to leave. We were shocked at how rude she was despite seeing us she just looked miserably in our direction. We are very regular customers of lush and find the service usually very friendly and helpful. We were unable to purchase what we had hoped and have now been put off returning to this branch. Such a shame that the store is being let down by such terrible service.

Took my son in today to have a look as it is his favourite shop and he had just had his birthday so had some money to spend.
He also had 5 pots to recycle.
The two ladies in there were so lovely and super friendly, they very kindly gave him a few freebie?s and also sorted out recycling his pots for something else he liked.
We had a really lovely shopping experience and will definitely be back soon!
