Friendly and honest. I'm not massive trade or DIY guy but they were friendly and genuine. Didn't feel awkward and overall had a great experience. They're timber prices are far more competitive than most.

First time at this branch...
Ignorant miserable desk clerk instructed me to go into the warehouse to find 0 of 2 attending yardmen and a long wait...
Eventually got what I wanted and walked all the way back around to stand in a queue as only one bloke seemed to be steering the vessel between 2 computers at the counter.
I'll be using build base instead next time.

A brilliant store. Very polite and helped me out on 2 orders I made. Timely delivery and the driver made efforts to get the bricks in exactly the right place. Superb.

The shopping experience in Crawley branch was amazing, unfortunately delivery looks like this, the driver broke the fence etc.., even after I told him that he will make damage he didn't stop. The results on photos:
