Friendly and honest. I'm not massive trade or DIY guy but they were friendly and genuine. Didn't feel awkward and overall had a great experience. They're timber prices are far more competitive than most.

First time at this branch... Ignorant miserable desk clerk instructed me to go into the warehouse to find 0 of 2 attending yardmen and a long wait... Eventually got what I wanted and walked all the way back around to stand in a queue as only one bloke seemed to be steering the vessel between 2 computers at the counter.
A brilliant store. Very polite and helped me out on 2 orders I made. Timely delivery and the driver made efforts to get the bricks in exactly the right place. Superb.
