I went to buy a shoes I told to one staff to give the size of shoes almost four times he kept telling me wait wait and wait I have waited more than half hour but he didn?t give size I felt like he ignored me that matter was very disappointing

Bought some great Fila shoes today and was helped by a great guy called Daniel. Great service, polite and helpful young man. Very pleased.

Would highly recommend shopping at this store we were served by a lad called Alfie he was extremely helpful & patient whilst assisting not only myself but my 2 younger brothers one of which is autistic & very fussy/impatient even going as far as bringing back the same pairs of trainers for him to try again so thank you so much for your help & kindness we really appreciate it

I get dragged into these stores occasionally becuse my daughter insists on dressing like a chav. I like my trainers but I would never buy from JD as they have awful mass produced stuff that still costs a fortune. Save your money and shop online for the more exclusive stuff.

Went to jds today very rude staff, spoke to young lad who could not even look me when answering, and said he was far too busy to help me , then went to ask another member off staff for help she was rude and told me to wait one second,When clearly she was not doing anythingNo customer service at all , my daughters couldn?t not believe how rude they where to me , so I left as I couldn?t get anyone to get my trainers for me,Was like no one actually wanted to be there or hated working there ,Will not be returning to this shop againI usually use jds in Worthing where there staff there are absolutely amazing
