I purchased a pair of shoes today, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing customer service experience. The staff member who assisted me seemed disinterested and slow, almost as if he was forcing himself to help me with my size.
As JD is a well-known brand, I expected a higher standard of customer service. I?ve noticed other customers being treated with good manners and enthusiasm, but in my case, the experience felt quite the opposite.
I value JD as a brand, but this experience left me dissatisfied.

I just didn't like the fact everything was piled high, rammed on to the displays and untidy.

The checkout at JD Crawley is like a dustbin. I've just made a purchase but the cashier forgot to remove the safety device on the suit, which set off an alarm, but believe me, they're lucky I don't speak English very well, otherwise they'd all be sorry. But I'll never go there again.
It's better for your business to hire good people. A lost customer.

The manager of this store and the worker with the muddy shoes have infuriated me. I bought some shoes and the wrong size was in the box because the worker doesn?t know how to do his job properly or use his eyes to check shoe sizes properly which he?s being paid to do. I don?t live in or anywhere near Crawley so when I went to my local store to exchange them for the correct size, I put the manager of the Crawley store on the phone to confirm THEIR mistake and he was absolutely useless, lied and said the worker pair checked the shoes which he obviously didn?t do properly, and then went on to say that a woman served me when it was a man. He could not have been more unhelpful which is especially concerning when it was THEIR mistake.
