We took our iphone 16e and ipad mini into the Apple store in Crawley as we had trouble with logging into our account at various stages of transferring the data from our old devices. To the rescue came Daniel Barr who made it look very easy to do however we didn't think it was that easy as Daniel was backwards and forwards between all the devices. To be honest Daniel was a star in getting our new iPhone and iPad mini working particularly both our old devices were between eight and eleven years old. Ma thanks Daniel

I came into the store today for an urgent issue with my work laptop - The in-store team where super friendly and polite. Nat my technician, was a superstar - they fixed the issue and I was on my merry way in under 30mins. Highly recommend.

Dan at the iStore was most helpful in setting up a new iPad today. We had tried several times to transfer data over but failed so we needed help. He quickly and confidently set up the new iPad for us transferring over data, pictures and apps. A friendly and efficient service.
