Went there with my wife today. Friendly staff, asked if we were ok and if we needed any help. Told them we have the velvetiser but didnt get thr mixed selection set that was meant to so proceeded to buy one. Holly then kindly offered us a free box of the chocolate gateaux flavour with our purchase! Very grateful to Holly and the friendly nature of the shop

Hotel Chocolat is my absolute favourite place to buy chocolate! So many flavour combinations and always taste fabulous. Although some of the items are a little expensive, the Selector packs are excellent value.

I have to say that my experience in the shop (Crawley, County Mall) today was fantastic. The staff were professional with a good degree of empathy, warmth and laughter. How refreshing! Thank you. Oh and the chocolates are excellent too.
