Our multi centre trip to Thailand was booked with the help of Emma who was very professional & provided choices for accommodation. When some choices were unavailable (a very late booked holiday for next month) Emma quickly made contact to suggest alternatives & amend our itinerary. Would definitely recommend H & J to tailor make a holiday.

She responded on a timely basis to all our questions, updated the itinerary many times over to tailor exactly to our needs and was consistently friendly and professional to deal with over the past few months. I have just booked a trip to Kenya using Hayes and Jarvis. The travel consultant that helped me with the planning and booking process was Jan Louw and I could not have been happier. He listened very carefully to my long list of wishes and gave me a proposal with options that perfectly matched my requests and requirements. He kept in regular contact with me over the weeks it took to finalise and confirm choices. Fabulous service!

My experience of using Hayes and Jarvis was simply excellent. My wife and I trusted them to arrange our first ever trip to Kenya to enjoy a safari experience. From Chris Cook, who arranged a perfect itinerary for us, to Evans Alala who coordinated all local aspects of our time in Kenya and addressed any queries we had in country, the service can?t be faulted.A special mention has to be given to our drivers/guides, Richard (in Lake Elmentaita), and Patrick (in the Maasai Mara). They were both excellent, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during the wildlife drives. We?ll definitely be making a return trip.I?d strongly recommend using Hayes and Jarvis if you?re thinking of a tailor made travel experience or holiday.

Magical tour of India and Goa. Excellent quality and value for moneyI had decided on a tailored tour of India and beach holiday in Goa. I was put in contact with Jasdeep Bhelaan, the India consultant for Hayes and Jarvi, who met all my expectations in terms of knowledge, skills expertise but also trust, confidence and commitment to ensure that all my preferences and wishes were realised and I got my dream holiday I had aspired to. Just as importantly I got a very personalised high quality package and excellent value for money. It was challenging because of my requirements at a time when the resources and accommodation I identified were at a premium and under great demand. However Jasdeep was undeterred and indefatigable in his determination to ensure all my wishes. Jasdeep? s commitment and expertise was so commendable and priceless. A great ambassador for a great organisation, Hayes and Harvis.

I have just booked a trip to South Africa using Hayes and Jarvis. During the planning and booking process, I was fortunate to have the help, support and guidance of Beth Coombs as my travel consultant. She kept in regular contact with me over the weeks it took for us to build the final proposal for the trip and she was always dependable, patient and attentive, answering all my questions and making the necessary changes after all of our planning calls. Nothing was too much trouble for Beth - highly recommended.

Great experience! I contacted Jayes & Jarvis to enquire for a trip to South Africa in October. Thidara looked after me and she has been just amazing! She listened carefully to my requirements and has also been so quick in responding (she answered to my emails within a couple of hours max with several itinerary amendments - giving me two options each time, to fulfil my requests/requirements). She showed in-depth knowledge of the destination I was travelling to, but also provided some extra tips and advice which I found a really nice touch! Thank you Thidara and I will certainly consider Hayes & Jatvis for my next holiday.

Excellent advice from Valentina. I?m planning a big family trip to Africa and I spoke to Valentina for information, she was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some fantastic recommendations. Both Val and Asha are excellent in ensuring that your trip goes without any hitches.
