At this moment i have the worst experience with Audi Crawley, on 2nd of February at book the car for a noise at one of the wheels, they find the problem on 7th of March( at this time i booked and left the car with them another 3-4 times, every time 3-4 days), even that i told them what is the problem( being at another 3 local garages and they found the problem in 30 minutes). So the service adviser they are never to be seen, they are never to call you back, and they are seling a warranty that they are not covering for anything. Worst customer service ever.

Shocking service - NEVER use Harwood's - EVER!Having bought an RS6 I've had what can only be described as appalling service from Audi HQ and Harwood's Crawley Audi.Here's the shocking list of errors:1. After repairing a small spot of rust on the off-side rear door, the paint shop re-spray the bodywork but spray over the PPF. The service manager doesn't spot it and it has to be resprayed.2. Sunroof starts to leak. Foot wells are soaked. Speak to Audi UK HQ about what has been widely discussed on the internet as an Audi problem. They refuse to acknowledge this and offer no fix. Harwood's then try to charge me £2,500, minus 10% discount, for a new cassette when a £25 Audi approved part would have fixed it. Obviously used an independent garage who fixed it for £25 plus labour.3. They throw in a ceramic coating to say sorry. The body shop doesn't do it. Instead they give it a wash and try to say it's been done. Had it verified from an independent detailer. It hasn't been done.4. Petrol cap cover breaks. They fit a new one. It isn't aligned. Have to take it back to have it done again.5. The rear carbon fibre splitter de-laminates. It takes two attempts for the garage to get it right.6. They washed the car after an inspection. Scratch it. Didn't confess and tried to get away with it. Thankfully spotted it before driving off the forecourt and they fixed it.7. All four diamond cut alloy wheels delaminate. Have to get them all redone. Garage pay for two, I have to pay for two.8. Driver returns my car and curbs it on the way back. Garage pay to have it fixed.9. Side cills come away from lower bodywork. Body shop sticks them back on with sticky pads. Obviously doesn't work and have to fix it myself.Unfortunately I've now come to accept that this the level of service Audi provide and do not respect their customers in anyway. Shame because its a great car, the aftercare just terrible.

I made an inquiry about an online offer and from the minute I was connected to Jack Wallace at Harwoods through to the point I took delivery of the car I felt confident in both the decision to buy and the process to take delivery. I had a lot of questions at different points in the process and always got a full and quick response which made the whole experience really positive.With Jack's support I came away with a car, which I think is amazing, on a finance deal that I am happy with.I highly recommend Jack and Harwoods.

This is the first time that have purchased from Audi Crawley and the first time that I have purchased a second hand vehicle online without first seeing it in the flesh. Although I was reassured re the quality of the car due to the fact that I was buying it through Audi, any concerns that I did have were addressed by Jack, the salesman I dealt with, and the sales process ran smoothly. Jack answered any questions I had quickly and also provided an honest personalised video tour of the car, reassuring me further. Jack was great throughout and provided regular updates and any information that I asked for. Excellent customer service and a very happy customer. Thank you.

Excellent Audi Experience - Darren Ballard Exceeded Expectations!I highly recommend Darren Ballard at Harwoods Crawley Audi! I have used Harwoods Crawley for sales and service over a decade, but this latest experience was the best. I enquired about a used car and within a matter of days I was driving away with a smile on my face. We all know sales experiences can be cringy and bothersome, but Joel was incredibly genial and relaxed and made the whole experience a delight.
