After visiting some other banks in Crawley, I was really lucky to come across this Halifax Branch. Just only half minute speaking with the agent (don´t know his name...) I realized I was in the right place. I fixed everything in just only one day and I really appreciate because due to the COVID-19 and my personal situation I was in trouble. Thanks a lot. Always a long wait to be seen by a cashier, self service deposits machine's are almost out of action on monday mornings or at least one of them, "Shouldn't the managers get there early enough on Mondays to organise everything after weekend, VERY POOR SERVICE AT CRAWLEY BRANCH , as its the only branch around crawley area

8 people in queue and one cashier open. Not sure why they got rid of all their cashier stations as there is always a queue in there these days as people don't seem to want to use self service.
