Emily (Crawley Retail Park store) was so helpful with my purchase of a car seat. She was efficient and methodical carrying out the installation demo. Friendly and patient, an asset to the Halfords team. In fact all the staff - from the desk to the checkout - were top notch. Well Done Halfords!

Booked online for a mobile fitting of dashcam, 1st appointment cancelled and re-booked. No show for 2nd appointment and no call or email. Have called Halfords customer services everyday for 5 days to find out what is happening about my order and am going around in circles. Raised a complaint and not heard anything back. Feels like hitting head into a brick wall. What a nightmare, oh my God..

Having tried and failed to book car battery replacement via website and phone (poor agents appear to use the same useless system) I gave up and decided to take a chance and pop into Crawley County Oak branch. Highly recommend them, everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly, but special thanks goes to Lucas. Battery fitted in no time all very efficient.
