This last Friday I had my little van in for MOT and service. On collection I was told it had failed due to headlights. On failing they quietly got on with sorting it without additional charges. On the way home I had the engine management light come on. I swung past them on Saturday. Quick inspection and a reset andall is perfect again. Thank you to all for a great experience.

Use this Halfords autocentre. DO NOT use Broadbridge Heath branch. Crawley are 2nd to none, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, great staff and customer service!

I booked by X1 for MOT and service. The most handsome male staff ?Ami? was just brilliantly professional and very helpful.
He recommended a fuel efficiency pack on top of the service and MOT , to improve engine performance and fuel efficiency. Highly recommend Ami and he is definitely an asset to Halfords . I will be visiting again in the near future?..

Quick tyre change booked in at 8.30 all done by 9 very good will use again. Only thi g they didn't reset my tyre sensor did it myself.

Hi, what's the point with this response from their online customers service saying 'sorry'?!
Well ,why the competent authority does not fine them? If I do any traffic mistakes I get fined straight away and we pay money!!!
They are disappointing so many customers, yet nothing gets done against that???
I been at this garage with warranty car and they refuse to do it because the rate they have agreed with the warranty provider is too low for that type of work!
What a useless life we live because of all this nonsense. No one are explaining to us anything, everything is so complicated ! When we buy services and warranties from they ,all they say IT IS for your peace of mind!
But that not true! They are just half-summers and half-scumbags!
This is how it is? Very expensive to live!

Don't use these guys, absolutely rubbish. I had tyres to be done. Told me over the phone to make sure to arrive on time as they are very busy and no parking. Arrived exactly on time and replaced 2 tyres, which took over 3 hours!! On top we received parking fine while we were away, which they are supposed to deal with. Now, we are dealing at the court level. When I came back, they said there is nothing they could help. Really?! Guys, this is your place and is supposed to keep customers happy. So you ask, don't waste your time, come on time, when now I have to deal with this nonsense. Would anyone would ask me if the garage is any good. My answer will be with useless service. No, no, and one more time. On top of this feedback message , no sense is below. Look, guys, what you saying? Please contact the helpline. I just wonder which helpline you talking with robots or automated chats. You don't have even humans for this matter. One more time, rubbish service. Already sorted myself.

I don't like being upsold on things as soon as I enter somewhere. But the work was completed quickly and was done within 6 hours so that was good.
