Went there at 5pm today 21/05/2024 and they have an hour till they close they had told me they turned off the oven to toast our sandwiches? This seems obscured to me - an hour left and they turn it off? Seems silly to me and the woman behind the counter seemed to have an attitude on her too, An hour before they close they should not have it off they should still be open and serving customers? This seems crazy to me. You wouldn?t go to primark and they tell you they?ve taken all the clothes off the rack an hour before they close?! Left and didn?t get anything lol

Me and my partner visited this Greggs for the first time and the lady who served us was polite and Friendly. We ordered the breakfast bap and hot drink and it was lovely had no complaints and went away happy.

I am a disabled person and receive excellent service from all the staff. As I am unable to stand they serve my steak bake and coffee outside. I go to greggs everyday and it is nice and clean

I don?t normally complain but this is the 2nd time I?ve turned up at the store on opening and there no food ready at all to purchase. It been the same guy on both occasions he?s smoking outside and not getting the food ready. I feel he?s turning up late to open the store.Today I was told it would be 10 minutes before the food would be ready. All the other staff are lovely. Sorry guys for the poor feedback but you need to get at least some of the food ready before opening

Very slow slothy miserable rude staff membersFreezing cold sausage rolls considering they had only been open an hourNo sandwiches out or pastas ...Rock hard cold cheese and bacon turnover asked the depressed staff member if they were warm to they replied i don't know ....absolutely hopeless

Some Greggs you go to just don't have it all together, but today's visit to Greggs at AppleGreen service station was exceptional. Although I had to wait a couple of minutes for the piping hot Steak Bakes. The lady serving was fast friendly and polite. This was a very pleasant experience.

Stopped for a break. Temptation was too much. The smell of the sausage rolls was too much. Just had to have one. Shame they werent as hot as usual but still enjoyable. And a Greggs latte to wash it

Too expensive, 30p more for a sausage roll got charged £1.50 when I normally pay £1.20 in Kent
