Can't beat a Greggs!

Today I was there one of his employees whose name was Thea and she had blonde hair who was very rude to me just by the order I asked her can you give me a hot coffee she said we can't heat the milk. Several times when I went, they?re gave me hot coffee and she was not nice at first,she turned out to be racist and it was clear from her look that she doesn't like others anyway. I asked her to put it in the bag and she left the bag that I paid for and said you have to do it yourself, this is not a customers job and she will do this to you in anyway if you go to other shop they will do it for u but she?s bad manners and polite .she said I won't do it for you and she gave me a drink. SHe gave me a cold coffee not hot.and I took my sandwiches and drink came out from the shop it was very sad that in the shop staff is more important to be nice with customers I was working in the customer service that?s very bad to do with customer that actions unfortunately Thea hope to see my feedback and be nice with others okay thank you.
I hope Greggs management will see my feedback to bring in good staff to treat the customer well and to be nice and kind to the customer first .
we paying for the food it?s not free food so always doesn?t matter about money just always try to be nice with people everyone have a good and bad days so make someone is happy okay Thea good luck .

The rudest staff you'd ever come across. They're pissed all the time. They tell you off. And today one young girl tried to act smart as if I said I'm taking out but I was gonna sit in, while I was only going back to the table to take my babies, because we paid for the previous food sit-in. The problem is the way she said it. Shouted rudely Infront of the other customers and when I explained the situation she was like okay just go. Absolute disgrace

We ordered with justeat and they didn?t have what we wanted, they could?ve just not sent the unavailable items and we would?ve had to battle with the justeat system to get a refund, instead the employee at Greggs phoned us up immediately and were really apologetic and gave us other options as an alternative. Our food is always really good from here and the customer service is impeccable.

Visiting family in the area we stopped here for lunch at 11:45am on 23rd October 2023. Being a regular Greggs customer in our home town we were expecting the same standards of food and service. On receiving a steak bake and steak pastie we were shocked to discover our "hot food" was stone cold. I went to the counter to let them know. I said excuse me to the staff member (a young chap) who was close by and explained that my food was cold. Another lady then interjected and rudely told me that there was a sign on the display that says that food may not be hot as they are not hot counters. She said that it depended on how long the food has sat there as to whether they were warm at all. She was extremely rude and abrupt with me. She basically told me it was my fault and that I should know not to expect hot food. I was hoping that they may at least offer to warm it up in the microwave but no I just got told that they didn't have the turn over and that was that. I was shocked by how rude the staff were. After, I looked at the counter and could see no such sign. All I could see was a sign that said freshly baked products may be hot, not that food may be cold. I took a photo of the display to see if I had missed something which I hadn't. The only other sign was one on the counter that had information about the baguettes. In all the many years of visiting many different Greggs up and down the country, I have never once had stone cold food. I would have accepted the explanation if it had come with an apology or without such a rude delivery. I will certainly never return to this particular Greggs again. Not the usual standard of service, this team really needs training in customer service.
