Had a bad experience. We bought vegetable bake as take away, and when we ate after we started driving, realized it had meat in it. I felt really disgusted.
Vegetarian options: Please be careful if you are vegetarian and order vegetarian items, to make sure what you get is really vegetarian. I wish I had checked the same before I left...

Food was over cooked but still tasty. Service terrible no interest in customer service and I had to ask 3 times for a receipt. Atmosphere was not nice and no one seemed happy working there.

It's a Greggs.... You know what food you're getting and they always do it well.
One very grumpy member of staff, almost aggressive in the way he spoke.
It's a motorway service, so the atmosphere leads a lot to be desired. The whole services look like they need updating as the seating area is uncomfortable and a bit tired (but functional)

I like greggs because it's cheap, but this one is double the price of other Greggs in the country , £6,65 for a baguette and coffee, when the same product in other Greggs is £3.60 . Check prices before you step in .

4 staff, all of them are staring at a queue of 15 people and only one of them is serving food, why bother even having 2 till? Been waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich

Saturday morning 7 of October I stood in the queue for over 20 minutes while a young girl was being trained by a lad there was an older woman there chatting to a friend out the front eventually got my turn to find out no rolls and waiting for sausage rolls I then just gave up.

This is the only Greggs I know that does not do the meal deal like all the other services around the UK all other greggs does any roll drink 4.50 and sausage roll 1.50 total 6.00 please pottage services over 8.30 so over 2pound more than any other services
