Absolutely shocking! The staff and the practice manager have no care for patients! I had ongoing situation for my 8 year old daughter was trying to explain didn?t let me finish the other symptoms my daughter has had to the nurse she put the phone down on me. I then went into the surgery asking to speak the practice manager the receptionists said the practice manager does not want to speak to me. Of course at this point I have become very frustrated! Thank you for the help we didn?t get for my 8 year old daughter and for the practise manager who does not care for the patients. I was advised my the pharmacist to seek medical help from GP and I could not get this because no one at the surgery cares.

Worse doctor surgery I've ever signed up with. Practice manager is useless. The amount of complaints we've made, and yet the same old mistakes are still being made. I would avoid registering here if possible.Update on the complaints. When a specialist contacted this surgery, they've failed to reply back to them, after 7 months of wasted due to their medical negligence, also I want to add how the receptionist break patients confidentiality act after this guy made a complaint. Everyone needs sacking from this place and totally start again with brand new staff. I will be taking legal action against this surgery!!!

Never had any issues with this GP not sure why there are negative comments. From my experience excellent staff and GPS.

Five stars go to all Receptionists past and present whom for 23 years have always been honest, professional and have always shown empathy. It's a shame when other departments cannot deliver on the same qualities. Again, a big thank you to you the Angelic Gate Keepers.

What happened to being able to see an actual doctor?! Saw a nurse instead and she didn't really hide that she wanted me out of there asap. I understand they're busy, but I came out of there more anxious than I was going in! Terrible.

The reception lady named Frankie is terrible, she needs training on how to speak to people. She has no manners. She is full of excuses and no answers.Does not do her job properly. Give you half of what you are supposed to receive for medical testing which delays my Results and waste my time having to go back another day to collect the rest! She is not apologetic in any way. She doesn?t come across polite or seem to have any manners!!Her attitude absolutely stinks, her whole body language and the way she communicates is appalling.How did she get a job? She is difficult to talk to, she does not make you feel at ease.Imagine you got medical issues and have to deal with Frankie before getting anything done.Notes were put on under my name by doctors in the system and she still gets it wrong!!How is this acceptable. Her answer for not giving me the correct stuff is ?ok ok ok ok ok? it?s all she says!!GET RID OF HER OR GIVE HER TRAINING!!!!

RUDEST GP EVER : DO NOT GO - imagine I tried booking to request for my information to pass onto a psychiatrist and they didn?t even give me a chance even to request for an email or any contact information before trying to rush me off and telling me to put the request in writing. I tried to express that I?m going through a hard time and that this conversation is difficult for me to have and that no one in this reception team has ever spoken to me kindly if they couldn?t get me off the phone fast enough and her response was ?I understand that but put the request in writing and you may have to wait up to 4 weeks? no apology, no change in tone. And she didn?t even tell me that I couldn?t email until I?d asked her to slow down and give me a chance to ask questions. I?m usually understanding of overworked and under-appreciated staff but they all just seem straight up careless.If any conversation comes longer than 2 mins they WILL try to brush you off?no matter what!

They think that holding up repeat prescriptions for a heart patient is acceptable behaviour unsafe practice on their behalf and totally unacceptable. There are so many dodgy things going on at this place that I would never recommend it to anyone

I have tried calling this GP multiple times to find out about appointments as the Airmid app has no availability for the following two months! All three times I've waited out the 5minute COVID speech/emergency numbers/non emergency numbers each time and select book an appointment.. wait a further couple of minutes listening to music and countdown of queue time.. then get hung up on!! Not impressed, still unable to book appointment

When under Doctor Sighn two years ago this surgery was great now a complete joke cant get appointments you have to phone at 8.30 or 2 pm I can't due to driving a coach at both them times just want to book routine blood test due to gastric sleeve two years ago and high blood pressure test , re book a hearing specialist test as hearing as got worse and to talk about afritis in my arm but no luck I give up time to change

Im nearly 40 and the experience I have had over the course of 10 years being part of this surgery I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, it?s far worse than anyone could detail here. I honestly don?t know why they even exist. I have even been told that I MUST change surgery if I have moved home. Even though I have enquired about this from a medical professional outside of the surgery and they told me this is a lie. I actually wish I was ?? at this point
