Absolutely incredible customer service. We visited early in the morning and the waiter Fabio was incredible. To be completely honest my first choice was wetherspoons but their staff there did not seem to be educated in food allergies or Wetherspoons do not seem to value them as customers. Facing it was Giraffe and I was apprehensive about eating there as I had never eaten at one before. They made us feel valued and cared about my son's allergies and even had a tablet with ingredients that trigger the allergies. Flavio was awesome he helped my 11 years son with what meals was available to him and even had time to come back during the meals to see how my son was getting on and want anything else. WELL DONE GIRAFFE, We will visit our local branch fuw to your hospitality.

I arrived at Gatwick Airport at dinner time and thought I would try Giraffe. It is a cute restaurant on the second floor of the main terminal entryway among a few other restaurants and shops. The hostess and my server were both very friendly and kind, especially given my jetlag-fogged brain. I had to laugh at myself that we were all speaking English, but with the hostess' heavy Scottish accent and the server's Irish one, I actually had trouble understanding at first until I re-tuned my ears! Haha. I ordered the Japanese Katsu Curry Chicken bowl. The chicken and other ingredients were tossed in the wok along with noodles and the noodles had a pleasant almost "grilled" like taste. It was very tasty (not spicy at all) and a perfect-sized portion to satisfy my hunger before I crashed for the evening.

It's always hard to leave London for me, especially when I have to be at Gatwick earlier in the morning and am staying in Mayfair! Arriving to Gatwick recently to take my flight back, the wife and i decided to grab breakfast somewhere in the airport before heading back to Los Angeles.I happened to see a few restaurants out of the corner of my eye just before security and glad we walked into Giraffe. It's hard to miss. Very colorful and bright. We were so hungry that they could have served stale bread and old pot roast and we would have probably chosen the restaurant. Fortunately, the menu was fairly expansive and included my fave breakfast food: pancakes.We were served our tea pretty quickly which we needed as we probably looked like a couple of zombies. I ordered the Strawberry pancakes. The wife took the recommendation of the server for the hash. Apparently not spicy according to the server. Apparently spicy according to the wife. Service was faster than two shakes of a lamb's tail. It gave us time to really relax after we ate before heading to security. For airport food, it was pretty good. Especially for breakfast!

Wasn?t looking for a big meal it just appealed to me . From the gentleman out front who led you to a table then was seated me at a table where a friendly young lady helped me choose a meal to my liking! Meal was brought out very quickly & once again the same young lass was so very polite & helpful. Watched other tables being served & once again watched them give same attention ! Very impressed with staff& I enjoyed my meal I can remember.

Not the best service in the world, however the food came quite quickly. I ordered ribs, the ribs are probably the largest portion size I have ever encountered, easily enough for two and they were tasty as well. No room left for desert. In summary service was slow but the food was tasty.

Lots of options from different types of cuisine.The Argentine ribs are really good. Topped with a superb chimichurri sauce. All dishes in our party were well prepared and presented. Warm friendly service to boot.

Nice atmosphere serving good selection of food. However the ribs were very disappointing (way too salty) and had to return most of it. However, they did remove the tax on the meal. Quality of service so, so. Did not leave a tip due to the quality of the food.

We recently had food here at Gatwick airport the food was nice service was good but like most airport restaurants well overpriced but it is what it is ? but I would recommend this place if you happen to be at the airport. I think our meals came to around £50 with drinks ( see pics )

Basic, but fine. Ate a meal here today whilst staying at an airport hotel. If you?re staying in the terminal, this is really your only option apart from Whetherspoons.Service was surprisingly good and very friendly. Food was served quickly. Not amazing, but not terrible.If you are staying in the Bloc hotel, ask for the discounted ?Bloc menu?. Most of the same options and meant I got a £7 discount on my bill.

Only place to eat at Gatwick before security.. obviously it's a bit pricey, you're at an airport. The staff are what makes this restaurant different from others at the airport. Genuinely warm and welcoming. Service with a smile, many smiles. The brunch was proper food. Why pay twice the normal price for Wetherspoons ping food?

Absolutely loved this place. Staff were super friendly and the food was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Only wish there was one the other side of security for breakfast.

A new experience for me and my wife. I?ve seen the Giraffe franchise in many cities I?ve visited but never actually tasted the food or had an experience.We were at Gatwick airport and had an option of Giraffe or Wetherspoon?s and we chose Giraffe. I was very, very surprised to say the least.We were welcomed in by the representative, even as we were viewing the menu outside. He was pleasant, polite and welcoming.We were seated at a table for 2.Our drinks order was taken and a colleague returned to take our food order.The Strawberry Daiquiri was beautiful as my chosen drink option. I then chose the Korean Chicken with fries, as something new for me. I was absolutely blown away. The Korean Chicken was incredible. I would definitely return, and I?d definitely recommend Giraffe if your in the area. The customer service is fantastic, the food is beautiful and the ambiance is welcoming and warm.?% worth the trip.Thank you for my first Giraffe experience ?

Very tasty food and lovely cheerful staff. A nice start to my holiday. The nachos with beef were nicely spicy and the lemonade refreshing. As a lone traveller it really makes a difference to have a bit of a chat and a joke with the waiting staff.
