I can?t find below than zero rating. Completely rude and disgusting service on the till lady serving name ?GEORGIANA?. Completely useless and absolute rubbish behaviour who she is looks like just counting the time to finish the shift. I would take this further to complain as how can you not replace the item which I bought at first place you give me the wrong anyway. And item is as it is without even a use or anything.

A good shop with lots of parts and friendly staff but, only one till is ever open so it creates a queue. Typically you always get the worst customers in front of you who want a car part but have no idea what car they have, what it?s called, even if they actually have a car or what their first name is?and I swear they just go to ECP to waste time. Good, but please open the other till!

Going into this store is one of the worst experiences of my year. One person serving up to 10 people at one time, usually people who?ve used a tool once and demand to return it without any paperwork. Go to GSF and avoid this painful experience. The main bloke behind the till is the only reason I can bare to go into the store at all. Callers hide in the back and pretend there?s not a queue on a daily basis.

I woudnt ever go to this place absolutely shocking store,first off all I order daylight running lights for my car on the website,which gave me the wrong ones,secondly guy behind counter checked them to,only to find when I get them out wrong ones,so I go back next day to get money back,customer service from guy is absolutely shocking rude arrogant no interest at all in helping,at one point claimed hadn?t even got them from the store,asked to speak to manager wasn?t there what a surprise,only to go back few days later guess what manager not there again,then get told phone me back with a decision on the Monday now Tuesday still not heard a word,should be called euro con parts,as every other review is the same given wrong parts won?t give refund back for there muck ups,customer services clearly have to deal with this everyday probably why there bored and not interested in helping or getting you refund,it?s disgusting from a so called big company to be so Mickey Mouse,as I?m sure all the big supermarkets don?t give you bananas instead of oranges and then refuse to give your money back joke,

Jack was very helpful on the phone, recommending the right part that needed. He prepared the part before I arrived. His colleague welcomed me and showed me the part before invoicing.

Very disappointed from the service. Counter staff not very helpful. I bought Car rear wiper blade and they sold me wrong blade even i given correct car registration number. I came home and fitter the wiper blade and thrown the box. There was no rain so I did not start wiper . But next day when there was rain I stated rear wiper but wiper was wrong size so did not work. Wiper blade was stuck on one position. I removed the wiper blade and took it back to Crawley branch . They refused to replace it even this was there fault who sold me wrong size wiper. They said no box they can not change it. Very disappointed. Ignorant staff. Avoid this branch.
