What a lovely young man Bradley is at Dreams in Crawley! Very courteous and knowledgeable when we visited to purchase our new bed today. A pleasure to do business with and a credit to the business.

Great service from Bradley, he was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. After deciding that we needed a new mattress we went to Dreams Crawley. We told Bradley what we were looking for and he showed us several different mattresses. We returned to the store today to find the mattress we preferred was in the sale. We made sure we spoke to Bradley again. He was friendly, polite and an excellent salesman. We ordered our mattress and we are expecting delivery early September.

Ian and Karen were both exceptionally helpful and friendly. With their help, we purchased a lovely mattress. A much better experience this time than the last time we visited.

Service was excellent. I was approached by Ian and provided with chilled water (very welcome). Ian answered some questions I raised. He then suggested I have a browse and call him over when ready. There was no pressure.
I was then offered the option of being scanned to find a suitable mattress which helped. All very easy and fuss free. I placed my order. Hopefully the delivery date can be improved

Arrived to look at beds. Website said it was wheelchair accessible. Arrived and they bought out a wooden ramp, 2 inches short to use it to go over the threshold. I was so angry that this is still a thing in 2025! A metal ramp can be purchased for a reasonable amount. I wasn't able to get on at all. You lost out on a sale. We went elsewhere. Why do big shops like this think it's acceptable to discriminate against disabled people. I couldn't even get in. Shame on you Dreams! ??

We recently went into Dreams in Crawley looking to buy our bed for our newly refurbished main bedroom! The lovely Karen was very informative, knowledgable and funny with her service. She helped us pick out the best mattress for us and was very helpful with fabric choices too. Prices were as expected, but the extra 20% discounts were a lovely bonus and we?re so happy with our purchase and can?t wait to try out our new bed! We were able to choose the day of delivery which was useful and we had a lovely chat about our pet cats with Karen! Thank you team at Dreams in Crawley for your help through our bed-finding process!

visited the Crawley store and relieved amazing service from Karen. She walked us through the Sleepology process and carefully showed us each option making sure we made an informed decision. Had a brilliant experience visiting the Dreams store in Crawley. We were greeted by Karen with a big smile and asked if we needed any help immediately, we were able to use their sleepmatch bed which analysed us with the best mattress for our sleeping positions etc. we were able to try serval brands and decided on a Tempur mattress which we are really looking forward to receiving. Karen was fantastic! So helpful and patient with us throughout the whole process whilst we were deciding on our preferred mattress.

We went in to Dreams in Crawley with the idea of testing mattresses, immediately we were approached by Karen (who was super helpful, kind, and exceptionally knowledgeable). Karen directed us towards the Mattress assessment which took measurements of our bodies and sleep positions and advised our ideal mattresses which were then available to test in store. We tried three mattresses and settled on the perfect one for us- delivery was then arranged very swiftly and we are looking forward to receiving our mattress.

Crawley branch , We was looking for a kingsize ottoman bed with bed sides to match , and a mattress , we was welcomed by Natasha , she was very helpful with showing us what was available Natasha was very helpful ,very knowledgeable we went on bed to find out what mattress was suitable for us, Natasha showed us mattresses that was recommended left us to have look around try the beds mattress out , then we decided what we wanted , had a coffee again was very happy with the fab service 5*
