I've had problems with this location twice. My name is Yuri, and today, Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 3.40 pm , I ordered a one-topping pepperoni pizza. A few months ago, a girl charged me £12.99 for a one-topping pizza in lunch time. I realized this after I had paid, but she refused to give me a refund, claiming I had ordered two pizzas. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said he was away. Today, I was served by the same girl, and I found a long hair in my pizza! This is the most disgusting place, and I will report this issue to the local authorities.

I ordered a deal 2 pizzas 2 sides they messed up my order. And when I called to ask for the rite pizza I spoke to a immergrant who could barely speak English and couldn't understand what I was saying. It's absolutely terrible

This has always been the go to pizza shop. The service has been prompt and everything has been perfect ever time cheese pizza and vegetable pizza. If you are in a hurry, you can eat there as well as they have high rise chairs and a table.
Found it way better than overpriced Wagamama.

Poundhill domino's is a good one staff all very friendly the owner/manager definitely he's always so nice we have good bants only thing I'd say they need to do half and half again ?? or custom pizzas I said to him about massive garlic bread pizza 2 months later it's national ?

They updated in their system as delivered but we received the pizza after one hour. Pizza was cold and doesn?t taste good. Poor service. Manager didn?t answered properly. Delivery person was not good.

It's a yess from me !! Absolutely, quick service, as it was not busy.I wonder, why most dominos seems never let the visitor eating there. No photo, forgot ??Parking: The parking is bit tricky, it's always full. And u have to wait till other driver push their gass.

Food was brilliant, but it's a little onger than 10mins for a pickup.Vegetarian options: There are vegi & gluten free options on their menu.Parking: It's at a local shopping parade. Probably 30 parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of spece for kids to run around. The table/chairs are very high though.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space at the door & within the branch.

Order number: 571742400 Store: Crawley - Pound Hill Date: April 5th, 12:23 PMI am very disappointed by the poor level of customer service I experienced both over the phone and in-store today. Despite reaching out for assistance regarding our forgotten item ? jalapeño peppers, a simple request ? we were met with utter disregard and disrespect.Upon calling the store, we were rudely put on hold, only to have the call abruptly terminated without any opportunity to address our concern. Upon arrival at the store, we were met with further neglect, as not a single member of the staff acknowledged our presence for a full five minutes.When finally able to speak to a manager, we were met with deception and indifference. Despite explaining our desire to add jalapeños to our order, we were falsely informed that they were unavailable until the end of April, contradicting the fact that I had ordered a pizza with jalapeños myself.This level of incompetence and dishonesty is simply unacceptable. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and the failure to uphold basic standards of service is deeply disappointing. There are numerous other grievances I could address, but at the heart of the matter lies this fundamental failure to meet even the most basic expectations of service.

Went in to the store to collect my food I had ordered on the app. Woman behind the counter prepping food was stood there on her phone while prepping the food. Disgusting considering phones carry more bacteria than a toilet seat! Won?t be ordering from the poundhill store

Great pizzas. Just ordered two large for collection. They were piping hot and just what I expected. Third time I've ordered from these guys and have nothing bad to say.

Dear Domino's Team,I recently ordered a pizza from your establishment and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The pizza I received was noticeably undercooked?half of it had a white, uncooked crust.What was even more disheartening was the response from the person handling my complaint. They attributed the undercooked crust to it being a plant-based pizza, implying that this was a normal characteristic. This was not only disappointing but also an unacceptable justification for serving undercooked food. Also not to mention the crust was so thin and the pizza is so expensive!!!As someone who has enjoyed Domino's pizzas in the past, this experience fell far below my expectations. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a resolution that ensures better quality control and customer service in the future
