Firstly Julie approached us and was friendly , chatty and very knowledgeable about the plants and soil we wanted to. She helped us sign up for a B&Q card and said that we would get £5 off if we spent over £30 . Then Harry served me on the till he was also very friendly and helpful and the £5 discount was much appreciated. Thank you B&Q .”
