There was a miscommunication with a retailer and the delivery of my parcel which was paid and arranged for specific day delivery but DHL did not have that sent to them and messaged would be delivering on a day not available. After some back and forth, DHL were able accommodate me but I had to pick it up. Staff at depot were helpful in getting the parcel and taking it to my car when it was raining. I am very grateful for their help in receiving it the day I had requested. I have complained to the original retailer who were not so helpful.

DHL Parcel lie when they cant deliver. They send you a photo of a road (which could be anywhere) as an Attempted Delivery. Brighton Driver is an absolute joke.

Nice new building and friendly people.. I don?t understand why they can not accept DHL express parcels and only DHL Parcels. It seems they have the same name for two different businesses

Shocking service. Paid £8.99 for next day delivery. Waited at home for the delivery and then got a message saying they attempted delivery, but they didn?t. No card left in the post box and the picture sent was a black screen! Now been told they will deliver it tomorrow so now I can?t go to work!! Shocking service!!!!

We were told our parcel was being delivered on Wednesday the 11th January. Then we were told it was being delivered on Thursday 12th January. So, I altered the date to Friday 13th as no one was going to be at home on January 12th. Now they have said the parcel will be delivered on Monday 16th. I would not buy from anyone using DHL as a courier. I have better things to do than stay indoors all day for a parcel that is not coming.

i requested parcel be left in a safe place, driver did not do this. i then arranged for parcel to be delivered to a locker, driver could not do this as lockers were full. i then arranged to collect the item only to be told it could not be picked up until after the weekend despite google saying you are open saturdays. the call to dhl customer services has cost me £9 as was on hold for so long. absolutely useless company avoid at all costs

There was no one in reception to unlock the door. Had to go knocking on windows. Didn't feel comfortable.Further to DHL response, some clarifications:Note: I had to drive from East Grinstead.My humble opinion: some directions from the roundabout to the unit, behind Amazon, and a bell (which i didn't find) or a receptionnist, would be very helpful. There was a lady, who eventually saw me at the window and opened the door. She was polite and helpful. However, there was also a man who came from the warehouse sat at his desk, looked busy but saw me at the window and ignored me.Also, I had to make myself known at the gate. So someone knew there was a customer about to drop a parcel.

Shocking service! 3 days of waiting in for a parcel too arrive that was needed yesterday! Cannot get through to any one, finally get the option too speak too an advisor after the parcel once again is not delivered (cant seem too speak to anyone before that!) and I'm once again already 30 mins into waiting too speak too someone! Just keeps going back to depot! Or can't find address was the excuse yesterday! Not even the first time you've not delivered a parcel too me on time! Even evri can get a parcel too me on time when they say they will! Shocking service safe to say will be checking in future too make sure this delivery service is not being used!

This place has closed down, I have been trying all morning to call DHL, impossible to call, had to go to depots and then they are all closed down! What a rubbish company
