After parking in the relatively cheap car park ,the customer service in d.f.s were lovely very helpful ,but allowed us to try the sofas good job.

Pretty small DFS located inside the mall. They have a pretty small selection of sofas; no other furniture. Wasn't what I was expecting from a DFS, which are usually large self contained furniture shops.

Popped in to try out an outdoor sofa advertised by the group. Apparently it isn't available in shops anywhere to view or try.

Poor customer service ...my sofa is 2 weeks late and there is no information about it what so ever!!!.Ive tried to call them Ive even been in store myself and they dont know nothing. What a joke.

An absolute joke. Ordered 2 sofas and 1 bed. Been told that the delivery time will be 12 weeks for sofa, 9 weeks for the bed just at the very end not even bothering to say is not even made by them. I thought would still be on time for Christmas so is fine. I had the old sofa anyways. Got a call on the 11th week to book my delivery. Great! When I asked, I have been told is for the sofas only. When I started asking questions, they referred me to their 'delivery partner'. Called the so called 'delivery partner' whom told me they never got an order from DFS for my details. Going back to DFS, I have been told that the problem is been raised and I should get a call back from their colleagues within next 72h with an update.168h passed so I decided to call them as maybe they were too busy to find my bed. I have finally been told the truth that the order has never been placed actually and my new delivery estimation date is 12th of January 2023 ? so thats another 12 weeks away from the ORIGINAL date of delivery.I asked the lady on the phone for a solution as this is ridiculous already. She told me she will raise it to the managers and come back to me as soon as possible. Sure they did not! Is more than 5 days since last conversation. Merry Christmas and a happy new year. Sleeping on the floor.

Great service while purchasing the 2 and 3 seater recliners but the 2-seater was delivered damaged and faulty, an engineer came to inspect it and that was 15 weeks ago and still hasn?t been fixed or a date when the standard components will arrive. I have emailed several time without reply. Terrible after sales service.

Customer service non existent. Came yesterday to make final checks before ordering a sofa. No one cared to come and ask whether I needed any help despite me being THE ONLY person in the store! Came today and made 4 rounds around the shop still ready to buy a sofa - what did I get? 3 people chilling in back room talking and enjoying themselves. I assume DFS has too many orders to care??
