Very helpful staff and not too pushy as salespeople can generally be purchased our new sofas recently and staff were lovely and helpful offered us a nice hot beverage too!

I don?t recommend this business because customer service is bad. Tried to contact them and they will not fix our sofa. It saggs and the frame is broken

After parking in the relatively cheap car park ,the customer service in d.f.s were lovely very helpful ,but allowed us to try the sofas good job.

Pretty small DFS located inside the mall. They have a pretty small selection of sofas; no other furniture. Wasn't what I was expecting from a DFS, which are usually large self contained furniture shops.

Popped in to try out an outdoor sofa advertised by the group. Apparently it isn't available in shops anywhere to view or try.

Poor customer service ...my sofa is 2 weeks late and there is no information about it what so ever!!!.Ive tried to call them Ive even been in store myself and they dont know nothing. What a joke.
