Tried selling me expensive olive oil ear drops the other week by thr assistant manager. When I spotted a label on the back row of shelves saying £2.95. I said hang on, what about the £2.95 drops? We don't sell it anymore. Oh right, is that right? If so then why do you have it labelled and listed on your shelves if you don't sell it anymore? Would be very handy for the public if you opened at weekends.

Both my husband and I have been using this pharmacy for 12 years and we had good service, friendly and helpful staff however recently new management has taken over. I emailed HQ on the 22 August regarding a complaint about the new staff attitude towards customers and to date I have had not had a response. My husband and I have since changed our pharmacy with our GP surgery so will not be supporting them any further.

Small local pharmacy. Not a big selection of products, but if there's some thing you need, chances are they have it or can get it. They have a dispensary with on site pharmacist and both the pharmacist and assistant are pleasant, polite and helpful.

Used day Lewis for the last 2 years. Nothing has ever been out of stock, prescriptions always done on time. I rang today on the off chance someone could deliver my medication as I couldn?t get there. The lady was so helpful and it was delivered in just a few hours. Blown away by the kindness and how quickly they acted.

Was advised by my Dr, due to their diagnosis, to phone to see if my prescription was ready. Tried to call several times but was 'busy' each time, yet when you go in there it is always empty

Normally I don't make complaints and it's a very rare occasion about Day Kweis in West Green, CrawleyI emailed on 7th September 2023 but no response was received.I went in person to the Day Lewis pharmacy at52 Ewhurst Rd, Crawley RH11 7HE this morning on 12th September 2023 around 09.30ish AM.I asked a young girl working there behind the counter if my medication is ready for collection as I ordered it on 31st August 2023 as I had no texts or an update and she kindly explained to me the reason as they were waiting for one of my prescription 'FIXAPOST' is on order and not received yet and that's why I haven't received the text and I said to the young girl that in the future to let me know if there's any delay as when I phone them no one answers the phone.Anyway out of the blue one of her colleague possibly in her late 20's or early 30's saying 'Luckily there's two of us here today and normally just one of us and we couldn't answer the phone' and I said 'Yes I understand and appreciate that but all I asking is someone keep the customer in the know' and she said 'We deal with over 100's of patients and you're ain't the only one'.I was very shocked at her response and quite hurt as a regular customer and felt undervalued and unwanted.If she had said 'We apologise for the delay and we are doing all we can'. I Would've taken that.It was like she was fuming inside with hatred towards the customer for no apparent reason.Anyway to make her happy as she's got too much customers to deal with, once my FIXAPOST is supplied, please remove my details from your system and I will not be using your services again as clearly I am NOT wanted at her pharmacy.I have been using your service since 2008 and always been provided a good customer service but recently it has gone down the drain.It is shame as you are my Local pharmacy and now I have to walk into the Town Centre for a different pharmacy.Also during this drama I have kept myself calm with a low voice and I'm sure you guys have in store CCTV to playback on to see the events.***Please note the young girl was very kind and professional*** and there's no complaints against her.I hope you guys come to a resolution

Misleading pricing. Items labelled at one price on the shelf and charged more at the till but staff unable to give a refund for over charge until a particular member of staff was back from lunch. Rubbish service will not be returning.
