A shadow of it's former self carrying little stock. I needed a small TV recently and had to settle for my 4th choice. Staff can be very helpful or very rude. It is hard to find someone knowledgeable. They seem to rely on answering questions by reading the price sticker - I can do that myself. An attempt to buy a high end laptop was curtailed when a cheap brand costing £399 was suggested on the basis it scored 5, however that was out of 10 it transpired. Wide range of small electrical goods for the kitchen available. Not cheap, unless you want one of their promotional items - which they probably won't have.

Most of the times hard to navigate any staff to ask question. But sometimes if u are lucky you get that one who's really happy to help. And thanks God for all those happy to help !

I know my IT and I needed to drop off my old laptop for repair and get a replacement so I could be back in action the same day. Their IT support were very knowledgeable and accurate with their recommendation re substitute laptop. Brilliant interpersonal skills and discount. Probably the only laptop I be ever bought from a shop Vs internet. Terrific experience.

Manager didn't have a clue, sales person excellent though. No stock in store, online prices and offers not on show in store. Not sure how the one hour order online and collect would work. What has happened?

Very Poor Customer Service at the Crawley Store. Have been a number of times with no staff coming over to ask if we needed any help. Was looking to buy a hand held vacuum cleaner but no one came over and looking around for staff there was a few in groups just chatting. I managed to get one over to help which she didn't know anything and read the information on the currys website and couldn't even show us the vacuum we where looking at working to test out as the battery wasn't there and said they are display only but some others had batteries in them.
After we choose the held hand we like without knowing how good it works we where told that they don't keep handheld vacuum in stock, so I ended up ordering for home Delivery via my own phone right in front of here as she said it was the easiest way even tho we right by till. when asked about replacement bags for the vacuum I was told you can get them from amazon and not saying you could get them from there own website as again they don't keep these in stock.
After this and the very poor customer service in this store I won't be using Curry's again, its meant to be a megastore which you would think would keep things in stock but no. I won't even waste you time going there

Two visits this week, both wasted journeys as they didn't have what I wanted, air conditioner so I brought AEG £665 Amazon
Then a window seal for the unit, thought Curry's would have one because of their small selection of AC and huge amount of tumble dryers, wrong again, back to amazon £25

Had a really good experience at the Crawley Currys branch. Kanath was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing a TV that suited both mine and my father's preferences.
He took the time to explain the features clearly and was patient throughout. We're happy with the TV we ended up buying and would recommend speaking to Kanath if you need help finding the right option.

Don?t not buy anything without checking online properly how the products works , customer service zero !!! They laugh at customers secretly when it comes to refund and they know they would say no anyways , speaking in their own native language, very poor representation of the products themselves working inside the Curry?s doesn?t know how actually they work , staff doesn?t care about customers at all just waiting to pass the time , when you ask for help you wait for 15 minutes at least , no refunds given on products purchased in store unless they?re unopened , no one mentioned you before hand, avoid avoid avoid !!!! You can go AO or John Lewis bette price better service ?
