Having spoken to the pharmacy this morning, I was told very clearly that the DOCTORS refused my prescription.
I then phoned the surgery to find out why.
It turns out the pharmacy didn't bother putting in my repeat prescription as refusing repeats is recorded as well as reasons why. There was NO sign of any request made on or after 11th July when I put it into the chemist.and so after waiting over a week to get my prescription delivered I foind out I would have been waiting in vain.
Its no wonder the lady I spoke to took ages to tell me if I had something pending or not; but to then lie?????
Get a grip, people's health depends on some meds and your oversight and inadequacy here has caused me no end of withdrawal issues. But to then LIE about the issue is just unprofessional and disgusting

Brilliant service always, fast efficient and friendly. All staff are very helpful and I always collect my medicine from this chemist even though my surgery is located not in town.

This is by far THE BEST CHEMIST in Crawley, they really do care, and are on point, i put my script in at 1am on Monday and by Tuesday morning they at my door, they are all very nice and polite, very helpful, thet no what there talking about, and the most house points go to the gentleman pharmacist, absolutely brilliant he his,

1 Star from me, Ive always had my prescriptions delivered and paid. Not on this occasion. Didn't let me know I had to pay up front so waiting for delivery?. Just not worth the Hassle as there are plenty of other good Chemists in Crawley.

This is the best pharmacy around!Their customer service was excellent! They were fast and very efficient.The staff knew their stocks and medicines.They dont shut the pharmacy for lunch breaks.There are chairs to sit on! And still lots of space so everyone is socially distanced.
