“Smaller store with less staff members, no one seems to be available on shop floor when needed and till service always seem to take awhile following no staff.Store offers less than most I've been to, but has the essential bits you may need along with a small baby care section too.”
“My biggest issue is they close for an hour over lunch everyday but it’s not published anywhere. They have a poster on the door but not even the Boots website confirms they close.They also rarely answer the phone. Otherwise when you go in they are always helpful and serve people as quickly as they can.”
“Perfectly nice boots. Staff were friendly and shelves were mostly full and tidy. I did find it to be organised in a somewhat counter-intuitive layout but there was plenty of clear signage and staff were happy to help.
Re wheelchair/step free access:
Plenty of space to move around if you’re a wheelchair user, but it is on two floors so if you can’t use an escalator I think you’d have to go out and use the shopping centre.”
