Visited your Langley Green store on 14th Aug and spotted a member price label for £6. It was not immediately obvious that the promo had ended on 12th Aug. When asked to pay full price at the till, i pointed out that the ticket was still on display two days after the promo had ended and was very misleading.
Staff did eventually honour the price after I raised it, but asked me to remove the ticket for them. Expired promos shouldn?t still be out ? please review compliance so other customers aren?t misled.

Very friendly staff and it's a good place for me.
But there is one issue
The fridge for beer and wine ALWAYS has warm drinks inside,even drinks on the back of the fridge are warm ?.
The manager should sort it out.

The staff are friendly, and I appreciate the convenience of having the shop just down the road, which is why I?ve continued to return. However, the management should have been replaced a long time ago. There has been a persistent issue with the bakery for years, there?s never enough stock for the day, and they often run out of basic items like baguettes by 10am.
This would be understandable if it happened occasionally, but it has been a consistent problem for quite some time.
Whoever is the manager there please take note, this low feedback is due to your actions...or rather lack of it...

If there is a half star I gave it to this co op branch, one of the lady staff here is so arrogant and unfriendly for she is shouting at me when I?m about to replace an item that she is mistakenly hand over me, she should not work in a costumer service job, very rude!!!

I spoke to a staff member, as I could not find a find a product, they could not understand a word of English or speak the lingo as they were emptying a cage and filling the freezer cabinets.

Very helpful and polite staff. The premises are kept spotlessly clean. Queue to checkout is minimal although there are self service booths.Not of use if you are buying alcohol or tobacco products!Overall, I cannot fault the store,Well done CoOp, please pass this on to the team.My best regards, Brother Jem Palmer.
