I went to Clarks in crawley last saturday to get some school shoes for my sister, and it was pleasant there. The store was clean, the workers there were kind and helpful, and the fitting service was even better. A worker there called Amar was the most helpful, he helped find the best pair of shoes, size and all, quickly and conviniently. All round the customer service was amazing

Some of the staff are very rude and it was obvious as soon as I arrived they could not be bothered to really help anyone. Wanted shoes for both my children, but one of the supervisors was so condescending to us and some of the other staff that we walked out.

Poor service from start to finish, booked 9am slot online, shop doesn?t open until 9.30, no apology from the staff that their booking system allows this, fitting took 45 minutes for 1 pair of shoes, staff member kept bringing out the wrong sizes or couldn?t find the shoes we wanted, told to order the other size online, only to find they don?t do that size! What a waste of time

My son and I visited the Crawley store on 17th April. Jo at the Crawley store was just perfect. She was warm, kind, respectful and patient.
My son was getting his first pair of shoes and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Jo provided. Thank you, Jo x

Friendly, helpful staff getting different boots for me to try on, even keeping them under the counter whilst we went for a coffee to decide on my purchase, which I did return to buy.

Quality footwear. It is a small shop and does not have much on display but can order whatever you need online and it would get delivered to the shop for next day pick up.

Always great service. Measured my daughters feet and a good selection of school shoes. Negative- would be better if they accepted nhs/bluelight on kids shoes as they are very pricey. Unfortunately due my child's wide feet clarkes is the only place I can shop!
