Absolute shambles of a company. Second time I?ve had a late delivery and when you chase them up all you get is a pack of lies that your driver is on their way. I advise anyone not to use this ridiculously incompetent company. If I could post this with zero stars I would. Pathetic

Terrible service from City Sprint today. We were not contacted yesterday to arrange a delivery slot for today as we were told when we booked it. Called up this morning to find out if it was an AM or PM slot - we were informed our delivery would be with us between 1-6pm but we would be called 30 mins before. We were called at 11am when the driver was at our house, we explained we were 5 minutes away but he wouldn?t wait. Left our items in the middle of our driveway on a main road. Over £100 worth which were never signed for by us & not left in a safe place. Delivery driver was very rude also.

Tried to deliver for them, they are literally incompetents. Waited 2 weeks to come back with my account user name and password, when I called to ask about it, they respond that I have to apply again as their is no data in the system about me ... stay away.
