The Cineworld cinema in Crawley is truly the perfect place to go to if you want to create memories and be immersed into the extravagant experience hosted! I regularly go there to watch various different movies and I have never felt bored whilst watching a movie at Cineworld. The staff is very helpful and kind as well, making the experience even better for me. I would recommend Cineworld to all ages because Cineworld hosts many different movies for all kinds of age groups.

It's a cinema, cineworld membership is brilliant, you certainly get your moneys worth. I counted 10 members of staff standing around and only 1 till open for tickets. Don't buy food there, it's extortionately expensive. Even with membership discount.

Remains my favourite multiplex in the UK, it has for nearly two decades. Great staff, good screens and sound, and Cineworld annual pass is similar in price to Netflix. Spend more time supporting your local theatres because when they're gone, the big tech companies will jack the prices even more than they have already.

Been many times, generally clean, comfortable and an enjoyable experience. Those with you get children may prefer seats further back as it's very loud down the front.

Cine world is a great place. Seats are comfortable, visuals and sound are great. Starbucks is great! Food/drinks all. Good. Expensive, but it's a night out, get away from your sofa. And then go have a meal in the restaurants close by. It's a treat. A night out. Let's keep our cinemas open.

Why the sounds of this multiplex are reduced to almost no effects ?? It ruins the experience as the bass and volume is low and cant feel the ultimate scenes in movie. Should work on it and atkeast keep a sound to a level where public can experience the action scenes ?????

Excellent venue for iMax! Would be much fuller if prices were lower, look at how packed they were on National cinema day! Missed make a fortune from additional food and drink sold! ?

Never seen such horror.Exactly 10 minutes of advertising for everything: restaurants, insurance, shops, cars, advertising for everything except movies and short films.But then another 20 minutes of advertising for movies and short films.As a result, the session started at 2:30 p.m. and we started watching the cartoon at 3:00 p.m.

The movie theater is in an ideal location. The ticket prices were absolutely ridiculous though, so glad we ate before we went. The theater was clean and we found our seats easily. The IMAX theater picture was clear and the surround sound was definitely turned all the way up to keep you awake for sure even if you just flew in from several different time zones away?
