Ordered online for a customer's private works and delivery states £29.99 for a 5-7 day delivery timeframe.
Still waiting 30 days later to be told that the store hasn't received the order from the online request and that if we had not chased it then the order could be sitting there for months - even the instore colleagues say not to use the online service - wont as a decency refund delivery charges and now told we have to wait a further 18 days for delivery!
Absolute shambles!

Awful, I would definitely avoid. Shop staff are accommodating, but all fitters seem to be cow boys. From the start to the finish they have balls up every bit of work.
Screeders came and left screed all up my walls, and glue on my white kitchen tiles and left a right mess. LVT flooring is poor as you can see, and door bars already lifting in every room! Poor work and avoid wasting money if you want a good job done!
The flooring was completed and less than a year in it had issues of lifting, and the finish was awful and not meeting door bars etc as you can see, especially when you pay a lot of money, and still not been resolved!

Kiran, the carpet assistant was so , so nice , she gave us her undivided attention , didn't rush us with the order . She allowed us to take a sample carpet home after leaving only a £50 deposit & we could choose the exact colour carpet we wanted.It has been a very pleasant experience having Kiran from the Crawley branch to help is .

Holly was so welcoming and friendly, her and Dilara helped us pick a carpet and write up a quote. I was advised and informed the whole time and I couldn?t recommend more. Really lovely girls!!
